Countersunk Torx Screw: 82 Degree, 90 Degree and Undercut, M2-M6
Torx flat head screws, also called torx countersunk screws, combine a 6-lobe star drive with a conical head that sinks flush into the material and leaves no protrusion. The star drive takes far higher torque than phillips without cam-out, which is why it is common on automotive, appliance and electronics assemblies.
Head angles are 82 degree for inch threads, 90 degree for metric threads, or undercut for a flush head with a thread relief under the head. We supply M2 to M6 and 4-40 to 10-32 in SUS304 stainless steel and blue zinc or black zinc plated carbon steel.
